COVID-19 SALON SAFETY PROTOCOL AND GUIDELINES

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • A mask is REQUIRED to enter the salon. If you are receiving color services, please know it could be stained. (Disposable masks are recommended.)
  • A temperature screening will be taken at the door. Temperatures over 100°F will be required to reschedule appointment.
  • We ask that clients wash their hands before service.
  • Please plan to come alone. We are not allowing additional guests at this time.
  • Our waiting area is temporarily closed. You will be escorted to your station upon arrival.
  • Please call our salon from your car once you have arrived. Receptionist will let you know when your stylist is ready to service you.
  • Please leave outerwear and large bags in your car or at home, because coat check will not be available at this time.
  • Beverage services are temporarily unavailable at this time. Therefore, we do not allow outside food and drinks.
  • We are only accepting Apple pay or debit/credit card as a form of payment.

MORE DETAILS

  • Stylists are required to wash their hands before service.
  • We are following a rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure all stations, high-touch surfaces, towels, capes and products are disinfected on a regular basis.
  • There are disinfectant jars and hand sanitizers at every styling station. Hand sanitizers are readily available throughout the salon.
  • After each client, on top of stylist disinfecting tools in Barbicide, it will also go into our UV sanitizer ovens.
  • Styling stations and shampoo bowls are either 6 feet apart or separated by divider panels.
  • We work with single use fabrics such as disposable capes.
  • A plexiglass is placed at the front desk to ensure safe distance during check-in and check-out.
  • Appointment times will be extended to allow proper cleaning and disinfecting between each client. We have hospital grade cleaning products to ensure the highest level of cleanliness. Products are (but not limited to): Barbicide, 99% alcohol, Clorox Wipes, and Nisus DSV (Disinfectant Sanitizer Virucide).

SICK POLICY

  • We ask you to please stay home if you are feeling sick and we advise our staff to do the same.
  • Employees and clients will be going through temperature screening before entering the salon.
  • If clients arrive sick or show flu-like symptoms, they will be asked to reschedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Confirm your appointment 48 hours prior to guarantee your appointment time.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged full amount of service.
  • If you or someone you are in close contact with is sick within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact salon immediately.
